Our main office in St. Louis Park, MN houses our support team members, including regulatory, finance, pharmaceutical and program management. Join our research team and play a key role in advancing clinical research while providing exceptional patient care. This position leads and coordinates complex research and education projects, supports study participants throughout their research journey, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and protocol compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating clinical research studies and patient education activities.
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborating with providers to support patient care, treatment modifications, and study requirements.
- Assisting with participant recruitment, regulatory documentation, feasibility assessments, and research budgets.
- Maintaining accurate research and patient care documentation.
- Developing educational materials, policies, and protocols that promote quality care.
- Serving as a liaison among research teams, clinical departments, and external partners.
- Mentoring staff and supporting excellence in research and patient care delivery.
